After you selected your "dream" home or your invest property, it is time to decide in which way you will transform your interest in the subject property into a successful deal.

1. We prepare and send You the package, which will include the "sales contract" from the seller/developer. We will go over everything that you will need to do as regards the package content. The package will be collected by Fedex whenever you feel comfortable and in whichever State you are.
2. Normally, the buyer will have to send a deposit, which is around 2% - 10% of the property‘s value, in order to formally hold an interest in the property.
3. Financing. One of our personal loan officers will make your application for the loan, and continue further with the process. It is now when our experience in the market will prove you the how diligent we are to get it done.
